I am a user of 64bit vista your solution worked so will try your other widgets
I would like to take time to thank you for this excellent clock the best i have seen to date, a lot of work obviously went into that so many fuctions wow i used this on vista 32bit for a long time worked perfect. I now use vista 64bit but could not get the clock to work which was so frustrating as i love this clock so much i was getting "Problem accessing DestopX Sidebarframework" the same as the others but after reading your Comment #4 i am now using the clock THANK YOU THANK YOU nice one my friend well done, signed up to this site just to say Thank you so much would this workaround work for the your other widgets if problem loading, will try any way and report back. Most of you guys knew my Mother, I know, because I used to sit beside her, a lot of the times on the board.
She was banned for no reason, and I have all the proof, and as her son, what else am I supposed to do?
My mother begged jafo and Island Dog to not ban her for no reason, and their reply was to further ban her to Exile, and remove all of her hard work from all of your galleries.
PM's, and Emails were sent to Island Dog, reguarding my mums subsequent, nervous breakdown, to chich he made fun of, she later suffered a minor stroke.
I informed of this, and his reply was to block my email.
My mother died today, as a direct result of island Dog and possibly, people not taking a stand, I am her son Philip, and I thought you should all know, if you even care.
I have all the saved messages my mother kept, and I am ashamed at the taking of a life, friends, a Community she loved so much, that obviously isn't, or wasn't worth shit.
I read all of the PM's, the ones that put tears in my own eye's, were the ones she sent to Spencer Scott, pleading and begging him not to take away her friends, her life...
I hope you fucking suffer the rest of your days, Spencer Scott.
Now this messaged will be going to every fucking board, Software site, and anywhere else I can find the name Stardock, and you people should be fucking ashamed, and let me guess, me saying that will justify your guilt over my mums death.

Where(what file folder in Vista) does Weatherlab 6.3 and Loader 6.0 store the data? I had a power failure and now the programs load wrong, and I d/led new versions but they do the same things.

All I have to say is... Excellent work. The SD Desktop is very clean looking.
I would like to use all of the function but I have a problem with the connection. It says the system is offline and the Weather lab says there is not connection. I do have to go through a proxy and am wondering if there is a tweek I need to use to get the internet fuctionality to work.

Vad, your widget programs are the best, can't wait to see what you come up with next. As far as I am concerned you are a master.
Have been giving your clock a test drive. I love it as the others, but wanted to give you some feedback: Got a Sidebar alert message today, saying that the sidebar clock seemed unresponsive, asking if I wanted to remove it to keep the Sidebar stable. I opted to keep it; however, then noticed after closing and reopening the Sidebar, the Sidebar covered its own control buttons (+). Upon removing your clock, they reappeared properly. So, I put the clock back, but noticed it had lost its analog hands...but still had the center hub where the hands would connect to the clock (on a physical clock). Went into setup for the clock, changed a few settings and saved a few times. The 24/12-hour changed back and forth, but the hands never reappeared...and the center hub then also disappeared. I would also mention that Vista has been going a bit nuts lately...dunno which one is the chicken and which is the egg, although I always suspect Vista. So, I took it off the Sidebar for now and restored the ugly original Vista-included clock.

Man All i have got to say is I just downloaded your whole suite of programs and Desktop. Man I am Impressed, your work is outrageous completely functional, and a breeze to install and run... Everything worked great out of the box and i am extremely pleased with it all.. Keep up the outrageous work. Love your stuff and looking forward to more.. I see you are listed as a journeyman I really do belive that needs to be changed to something a little more appropriate. More like Master suits you well...

I'm somewhat new to all of this and over the last few months I have downloaded and used alot of unreal skins on my self made PC. The one I keep coming back to is your "SD Desktop" (wb)! You create the best buttons, color schemes, layouts, etc., of any skins I've seen yet! Absolutely Perfect! I WISH that, or I hope that, my abilities become half as good as yours! I'm having a problem with some of the other Rainlendar skins, if I could bother you for some advice. The days of the week, Sun Mon Tue etc sometimes run together, or are too close to each other. But the fonts are downloaded correctly to my fonts folder. Is there something that I can do to correct this problem? Thank you for your input!

Hi Vad, I sent an earlier comment about saving list in SD Notepad. I noticed that I cannot change the sub-option of "All Settings" under the option "Full Rest the..". Does this have anything to do with my losing my list when I close SD Notepad? Have I done something wrong? I am using Windows Vista and Desktop X Pro. Regards, Bob.
Just installed SD Notepad, really nice features! I seem to loose all notes when I close the widget. What am I doing wrong? I like to backup all of my critical data, so, where are the notes being saved? Regards, Bob

Well I use to have some widgets, just to play whit. But you take things to the next level; is just incredible how you made things that blow my brain away. This DS programs that you create, make me feel like I'm a pilot of an ovni or something like that, they appear to be simples but they can handle a lot of information.

To Moamen1994: Your actions are correct and mailchecker must work. But there is one serious problem (I have already told about this): DesktopX e-mail plugin can't work with mail servers that uses the safe connection or requires the user authenticity.
I'm very sorry that I can't help you with this right now. May be I'll find the way how to check Yahoo mails like I do this with Gmail. Hope it will be much soon.

I don't know when you write about the problem with SD Desktop because I see the dste on your message: November 7 2007... But I already corrected this and updated the gadget in my gallery. The next version is vresion 4.01. Sd Desktop must be on the bottom center of any sreens now.

What I'm working on? About 20 days I try to restore the data that have been destroyed when my system was crashed...
Imagine that I turned off my computer and went to sleep. At the next morning the Damn Vista tell me that it can't recognize boot sector on a disk C and this disk must be formatted!
As a result I have lost all of my new projects because forgot to create backup. I have only the gadgets that I can't decompile. So I make the scripts for LauchBar once again (it was very complex code containing thousands of lines...)

Recently I d/l your sidebar clock 4.0.0.0 Multifunctional Alarm Clock for Vista Sidebar, absolutely fantastic gadget. One small hassle I can't get it to work under Vista 64 bit OS. Any chance of modifing it?

Sorry but seems I can't do this because I'm on Vista 32... As well as this is not a gadget bug. The problem in the DesktopX!
Have you tried to ask the similar question to Stardock Support? May be they have any ideas or know how to solve this problem.

Sorry but I have a serious problem. Vista on my computer crashed (hate it!!!!!)! And all of new projects like Launch Bar, Media Player (and a several else that you never seen) disappeared...
So I can't change anything in Launch Bar and I'm cry because it died...
Hi Vad!! I am impressed with your work, I love all the SD material, but I must make a request. You see, my windowblinds theme, as well as many of the applications and visual tweaks I have installed, are colored black and bright blue. The blue color in your schemes is perfect, but the gray just doesn't work with the rest of my desktop. Is it possible for you to release a darker frame version of the SD Desktop? I mean, a black one would be sweet!! If not, can you tell me how to change it myself? I know I am asking a lot, but, please, it's just that the SD Desktop is the single greatest gizmo of all time!! I don't want to ditch it just because it doesn't look right! Please, please!!
